    Ya just take the 2 wires off the maf for the iat and run them to the new sensor. If u could get a brass sensor u could drill and tap into ur supercharger. Should work great if think.

    At your altitude probably 2.7 with stock fuel pressure.

    Smaller if you do fpr mod. That brings it's own set of challenges though because you will run rich at part throttle in open loop.

    I have a dyno sheet posted in the this thread somewhere with runs on the 2.7 pulley with both the TRD tune and OvTune. I had an upgraded fuel pump but stock 455cc injectors and was running a bit lean with the that setup. I think we calculated my injector duty cycle up around 85% or something. I did the FPR mod and that richened my AFRs up plenty enough to try the 2.5.

    Whatever pulley size you go down to, I recommend getting an AFR gauge to monitor your ratio.

    Can one of you guys point me to a write up on the uni filter mod done correctly? I have the cover off of the pump and I don’t want to break this $1400 part. I keep searching here and I seem to just find people doing it wrong.

    I figured it out. People reported breaking things. My filter cover was a bit tight, but I think that was the seal. If you’re like me and this is news to you, here are the steps to the uni filter mod.

    Gotcha. Just did this 2 days ago. 35k on the truck and the stock filter was still in great shape when i opened it upbut I swapped it anyway.

    Mine did too at 77k miles, but all those old parts went in the trash.

    The DT short tube headers will allow me to retain my cats correct? I do need the truck to pass inspections.

    If you are going to have cats welded back on might as well spring an extra few bucks for fresh high flow cats that will last. Metal spun cats.
    Due to the cost of fabrication it's not a time to chince out on parts.
