Haha it's a fun game! I spent the $15 to get the x4 multiplier. Well worth it considering I've played it a lot on flights. I personally like the "tilt phone to steer" aspect so I can focus mostly on throttle control and shifting.

Ordered a complete front hub assembly from @BamaToy1997 opposed to rebuilding . Seems like straight forward install. I'm going to just rent the big socket and torque wrench.

Anybody done this recently and have tips?

I’d buy the socket so you’ll have when you break a cv on the trail.

Put a long piece of rebar or something between the wheel studs (with lug nuts on them to protect the thread) and wedged into the floor when you’re breaking the axle nut loose. The hub will spin otherwise.

    It never efffing ends.....
Get a piece of wood as a buffer for the end of the axle and give it a couple of good whacks and it’ll generally loosen everything up and make backing the nut off easier. Other than that, it’s super easy.

Nice, thanks y'all. I figured I would just lock the front axle so the hub doesn't spin. I only have hand tools and no air, break bar should take care of everything, right?

Put a pipe over the end of it if it doesn’t.

Cut & broke off stuff. Prolific ziptie and tape usage.
I put the tire back on, lowered the jack, and put a 3ft pipe over my breaker bar. Easy.

I did. Going back next semester. Really great school overall and the campus groups/activities are great and totally worth your time. Also a crazy high rate for internships and jobs for reasons I can explain if you're interested.

Great campus. Good resources and mostly great professors. Things to watch out for, most classes don't use the book so dont buy them until after the first day of class. Also expect a lot of papers, they're notorious for that. Last thing, watch out for grad student professors, they get free tuition for teaching on their subject but most of them cant teach, so look them up on ratemyprofessor first and make sure they arent a grad student

Appreciate it! I'm great at papers, not so great with other shit so I'm thinking it may be a good fit. I'm a CJUS major and transferred out of my first college because I was too focused on my fraternity, so I kinda want a change of pace. How's the off campus housing?

    Thanks again!

Not sure what housing is like right by campus exactly. expect the usual inner city memphis type area and a lot of police sirens haha.
I live about 20min from the University in East Mem, and I'm renting a 1600sq.ft. house for $990/mo if that helps at all

Prentice Cooper is open year round. I read on their site that during excessive wet weather some trails may be closed to prevent being rutted up.:mudding:

Got a couple friends who want to do a 3 or 4 day trip, camp out, and site seeing "adventure". I've never been to Prentice Cooper, but like what I see of it. They're experienced off roaders, but old like me. This looks like a good destination for the crew!
