On my 2003 Tundra my first set of ST Maxx's went 59,800 miles of mixed driving ( mostly road but a fair amount of gravel, sand, mud miles) and still had 6/32" of tread when I replaced them with the current set.

This set is at 55,200ish miles with 6/32" of tread left. Also mostly daily driven road miles but with a fair mix of gravel and mud.

    Both sets are 285/75/16s.

I like them so much that I'll get them again for both my Tundra and Tacoma.....

I could live with that mileage. I just recently went to 5th tire as a spare/5 tire rotation. That effectively gives a 20% increase in expected miles per set. North of 60K would be helpful at todays tire prices.

What size tires and how have you liked them with the Ray 10 backspacing and offset? I got 255/80/17 and leaning towards ray 10 but also like the F5? Looks great on your truck man.

I live in VA currently and have lived all over the US but i am from Washington state where it rains all the time. These are the best AT tires i have ever had in rain. So far they have been great in all conditions but most importantly in rain and snow.

Love my Cooper ST Maxx's! I'm running 255/85/17s and have had zero complaints - on or offroad. I'm not sure on my mileage so far but I do drive them daily. I will most definitely be ordering another set.

No need to regear unless you go higher than 33 but you can if you want. im running 5100 with OME 885 up front and allpro with B110 in rear and they clear fine. Slight rubbing in front on plastic crap which i took off and cleaned up. Also i run 1.25 bora spacers to clear better and DK UCA.

This ......always get the weights on inside for a hub centric wheel. Some newbie at NTB did them on outside on my last tire rotation and balance and i was pissed. Scraped up my rim and didnt balance for shit. Went to the manager and he personally did it again with weight on inside and gave me 1 year free alignments.

Any other size in the Coopers? I haven't! I went from a 275/65 Open Country A/Ts to these skinny 33's. If I change size, it'll be to 35's. :D

I agree. The only thing I didn’t test was mud.

Oh trust me, they perform at a high level in mud too. Speaking from experience from Vermont’s 5th season (mud season).

Your wear level looks similar to mine and I’ve logged about 30K.

Thanks! Got to put them to proper use this weekend helping staff an offroad race with motos - 8100 trophy trucks. Handles the rocks, scrub, and foot deep silt the trucks churn up no problem!
