I have a 2017 trd sport and my lower seat back creaks like an old barn door. Plan on bringing it up next visit. Anyone else have this issue?

My passenger front seat is creaky. I turn the radio up louder.

The lower back portion of my 2017 TRD driver's seat was creaky as well. I heard the creaky sound only when getting into and out of the seat. My brother's 2017 TRD lower driver's seat creaks as well. His truck is made in Mexico, mine in Texas. My brother ignored his creaky seat issue and in time, the noise did resolve itself. Unfortunately, I don't have his "let it be" attitude.

Unfortunately, I did not take pics of the process I used to repair my seat. Basically, after pulling the seat back cover off of the seat (YouTube videos show the process) I found the seat backing foam rests against a type of chain-link fence skeleton. That chain-link is attached to the seat frame with wire ties. I'm guessing the ties and metal link is somewhat loose because of the adjustable lower lumbar? The friction / creaky noise originates from where the wire ties are affixed to the chain-link. If I remember correctly, the lower seat back chain-link is attached to the outer seat frame with 4 wire ties. I used 4 small pieces of heavy duty garden hose as a cushion between the chain-link and wire ties. It is tedious work, I used needle nose pliers and a lot of F-bombs to briefly make and hold open a space between the links and ties. Once separated I placed the rubber pieces between the metal components. Once the rubber hose pieces were in place, no more friction, no more noise. From start to finish I spent a good 4 hours on that driver's seat. Its now been more than a year and the creaky noise has never returned. Hopefully this helps.

Same issue on 2016, just notice it getting in and out. Waiting on 2019, so ignoring it.

The bottoms of the rear seats creak some. I have loosened the bolts that they pivot on when you fold the seats down, then tightened them again while sitting on them. I think they rub on the plastic storage compartments under there
