Long story short. I am a previous owner of a 2008 5lug acces cab (bought in 2013). Used it for work and my daily driver for about 5 years. Well tooken care and a few simple mods. Totaled it and been out of a truck for a few months (RIP5lug) ....... but after some insurance money and LOTS of hard work I am now a proud owner of a 2010 Pre Runner Access Cab !! And it came lifted (6” up front!) on 33” tires and stock TRD wheels !! I loved my 5 lug but my new truck is everything I’ve ever wanted ! And I am superrrrr stoked on it.... let the mods begin

Still don’t have a name for her... or him? Idk haha if u got any suggestions!

And I live on an island. My daily drive is about 10-20 Miles haha. It will never go off-roading, I want a clean solid WORKING truck . Any suggestions or people on OAHU that wana help me mod this thing out lmk ! ALOHA

Thank u everyone ! And I guess it’ll stay confidential on what happened to my old one. Everyone was totally safe and that was the main thing ! But yes it was a crazy scene! Drive safe everyone !!

And yes I’m already learning how hard the Black is to keep up. I wouldn’t wash the white truck for months and it’d look cleaner than 24 hours after I fully detail the black one ! But when it’s nice it is NICE !!!

2010 PRE RUNNER ACCESS CAB 2WD
TITLE IN HAND, Legal and has RECON
@95555 Miles (first by me, full synthetic oil and filter change at 96kmiles)

-After market BLACK w pearl flakes( still don’t know the exact color but not the oem Black Sand Pearl)

-6.5” Max Trac lift kit

-TRD 17” Off Road Wheels

-295/70/r17 Firestone Destination MT Tires

-Stant Locking Gas Cap (10$ soooo worth it)

-Re-soldered the Compass/Map light connections

-Led - Maps, Dome, Reverse, License Plate,

-Uhaul Class 3 Trailer Hitch w/ Locking Shackle receiver and D-rings (more for looks, maybe tow someone out of a bad spot one day) (also have a tow ball hitch receiver, for pulling small to medium sized boats/jet skis)

-(cheap but efficient) Weather Tech Floor Mats

-Borla Exhaust System

-Just put brand new LCA’s on the front , local mechanic recommended and helped me do install

-Also brand new Windshield Wiper Transmission (so simple but such a pita!!!) , 2 New Wiper Arms and new wipers haha

Brand New Waiting In Boxes:

-Steel Pipe Racks (still deciding if I want to install)

-Pioneer 6” DVD Screen Deck (its been rainy and I don’t have a solid garage to install...also lazy and the truck came w a double din BOSS deck that is Bluetooth compatible and charges my phones so also maybe waiting to get new speakers to install with!)

-Black Housing LED Tail Lights w/ reverse LED . Silicone water sealed, by me!

-TRD License Plate Covers ( waiting for my new plates at end of the month to put on) , and TRD Grill Badge

-LED fog light bulbs (thinking about buying black/smoked fog light lens before installing)

Last but not least
FUTURE MODS:

-HI State Plates (they said I need to wait to re register ?)

-Full sound system

-Wet Okoles

-oem dual usb charging ports

-soft/plush dash mat (mines is slightly destroyed. the black truck dramatically takes more heat than my last white truck did)

-bed lights

-underglow/rock lights

-swap leds in dash one day? Orange is not my thing

-brighter headlights and darker housings (?)

-my rear bumper came straight metal w no plastics on it so looking for plastic piece that clips into top of rear bumper, where u step or might use some sort of 3m soft pad that I can cut to fit onto bumper, sort of like what u put on the tail of a surfboard or on the sides of your jet ski for grip . Think it might look sick w a camo print and cut right or if any has any other ideas ?
