It’s life. Work 10-12 hours. Then have 2 hours in the commute to work. Plus getting to work slightly early. Then add cooking and whatnot. There’s only so many hours in a day and I’m having awesome gains. It works for me. My body clock wakes me up after 6 hours even on my days off just cause it’s such a habit.

You can always find time, but that’s your call. Just like you said watching your calories wasn’t necessary, but what do I know. I remember when I was 24, just trying to help man.

I have been counting my calories for a month now? Along with macros. :notsure:

Not being a dick but being real. Let’s say I don’t workout first.

4:30am-wake up. Leave at 5. Get to work 5:40. Work till 4:30. Get to gym at 5pm. Workout till 7pm. That’s cardio and weights daily.
Get home 7:20 if I don’t have to buy groceries.

    Shower, play with pups-7:45

    Cook dinner and eat- 8:30

Wash dishes and get clothes and food ready for the next day-9pm~ish

Talk to the fiance for hour = 10pm. By the time you get in bed and actually pass out, 10:30. Bam. 6 hours of sleep lol. I’m not being aknow it all but I have optimized the time I have the best I can. That’s not even including doing laundry or cleaning the house or grocery shopping lol

I’m not fighting you saying it’s proper. But it’s working with what I got.

Just like on a 12 hour day. 8 hours of sleep means you only have 2 hours to eat/shit/shower/workout/get to work and back. Etc.

Sometimes there’s just so much time in the day and you use it the best you can.

I know you have been watching your macros, I was the one who suggested MFP so you could watch them. Before that you said it wasn’t necessary, and weren’t doing it. Sounds like you got it all figured out, good luck.

Oh I’m fully able to admit when someone teaches me something. It happens daily.

I love the app and track everything. I can’t thank you enough for recommending it.

But yea man I just get as much sleep as I can. That’s really all there is to it.

Do you think you get the same workout in ? Like do you mentally lift as heavy at home as you would at the gym?

My workouts been better since i got the home gym. I have never lifted this heavy before in a gym than in my garage. All my PRs came from the garage. Just got to find that motivation.

Best tip is to write everything down and keep track of all workouts and lift.

Just added olympic rings and a concept2rower to the gym!
