    It seems like they are breaking at the rise right there. Where the tensioner stop is at. I wonder if the tensioner strikes the stop with so much force at any one point that the casing just snaps.

    If not I wonder what is causing them all to break right there.

    Don't bother. That would involve have a WHOLE NEW crank pulley made which would get expensive and then you would have to find a whole new belt setup as well.

    So I didn't experience any of my "surging" issues over the weekend while out rippin around in the nice cool weather. Been seeing 11lbs on my AEM and no surging. Might have very well been vacuum/air flow related. After I sealed up the snout cover again, I still had the symptoms, but then cleaned my air filter again over the weekend, and it must have been just enough to keep the cfm's too low.. idk. :notsure: regardless, it runs like a champ now! just need to figure out the Y-Pipe. screw the cats! mas flow!

    Running stock manifolds, and cats.

    Y pipe has been modded and muffler is aftermarket, but that's it. Still seeing 11.7-11.9 PSI boost.
