Right on brother! Last weekend I was crusing down I 95 heading south and an F150 with dual exhaust pipes cruised beside me. I was in the midlane and he was in the extreme left, speed was about 65 to close 70 mph. I could tell he got a good exhaust in there, his got that V8 rumble). He cruised beside me for a good 2 miles I think and I would say the wicked flow never bowed out in the sound department. It never was drowned out by the V8 and I'm sure he noted that too. I love it.
Bear River would be a nice addition to our official Taco vendors don't you think?

Yup they do sound good even next to somethin bigger.

I have yet to hear one with full DT long tubes but I bet it would sound fackin awesome.

x3 on Bearriver becoming official vendors. It would not only open up Taco owners to a new competitor in the muffler section but also create revenue for the company.

And instead of them paying celebrities to push the product, they have us members who ACTUALLY use the mufflers with overviews that new buyers can read here on the site and even get sound clips.

Also, if being a vendor went through I think that more and more Taco owners would equip this and it would possibly become 'THE' exclusive muffler to get on a Tacoma.

^^^^ That will be sooo freaking awesome!!!!!! :woot: Can you imagine TW personalities on their website proudly running those sweet sweet sound?

A lot of TW members new and not so new are asking for exhaust advice. This could be the answer! :D Is it Ok to call out the mods for matters like this? I mean we could have Wicked flow as the official exhaust of TW as per Bus driver suggestion. I am not sure if its appropriate, if not sorry. But this is so niiicee.

I do run this muffler myself as well. I don't have a Tacoma, but I do have a 4.0L V6. This is what it sounds like on my ride.

Apologize for the whining sound, I need to get a new power steering pump, it makes a lot of noise.

This may have been asked already, but if I was to install the 13 inch Wicked Flow muffler, it would be as deep if not deeper than a Flowmaster 40 or 50 series muffler correct? Its hard to tell from the vids

Nice. I was quoted $120 for install today, including labor, extensions, hangers, and a nice tip. Sound reasonable?

i think it kinda depends where you live. I went to 4 shops in my area and was quoted between 85-100 for extensions, hangers, and labor. Some people on here got it installed for like 30

Yeah I saw your posts about how much you were getting quoted for. I didnt know if the tip was really adding that much to the cost because it seems like everyone is just dumping theirs and getting it done really cheap.

It'll be a few more weeks because if the total cost of this is gonna be close to $215, then that means I gotta come up with about 70 more dollars . I really don't wanna wait haha.

Not sure about the dual route but sounds a little over the top IMHO. I got my TRD can cut out then had the WF welded up for 80. I think you can do much better, try little local shops and when they quote you tell em it's not what you really had in mind but want to support and stay local. If they say no dice, walk and do some more searching

I realize I'm late for the group purchase, but can I still get one for my 05 DC/SB? If so, what would be the price?
