Has to be locked and several bans by now. Just was cruising around regional threads posting TWSS ads and saw that, thought it was funny/fitting.

Thought I would ask the group first if anyone had some take offs from going taller. Anyone got some OME 885's to sell or donate (LOL)? Also either an AAL or rear Springs to work with 885's? I am just looking to go 2 1/2". Thanks.

Bilstein 5100’s and AAL wont cost you much more than 250 and will yield that much lift. At least satisfy the craving until you can afford OMEs

I am going 5100's at all four corners but they would not lift the front without springs correct? I was thinking AAl but was reading the HUGE amount of threads few of them said that with a camper shell it might be better to go with the whole rear leaf springs. Any thoughts? I am 80% highway but would like to head down to URE an do some trails since it is in my back yard.

5100 struts will lift the front end. They have an adjustable coil spring perch you install before installing the spring

885s and full leaf pack will ride better. I had the AAL and Bilstein loft on my Tacoma and it rode a little stiff but just fine

I may. I've got the 885s on my 2013 dcsb and would like to upgrade to the 887s.

Guy in S CLT quoted me $200 to switch them out. My other thought is to see if Eddie at SOS is having a mod day in Nov and I'll switch them myself. Either way, If I finally get this done Oct or Nov I'd be happy to help you out a little.

See if some of the guys in the Clt area can help ya swap those coils out. Eddy just posted he's thinking about Nov. 10 not sure if this is going to be a mod day thing or more of just a hang out deal.
