    Morning ya'll.
Woke up at 3 am and just half slept till 6:45 when some arse lit up my house with his brights.
I have no kids, so why is there a bus stop outside my house?

I just think the weather nerds don't have enough vocabulary. Seems they're getting better at exaggerating the weather. With it being a science, you'd think they would get better at the guesses so they wouldn't have to try and spice it up with theatrics.

    Morning all
Wow, your oldest is still going through the interview process, seems like it's been going on a while, but I guess that's good.
And I think about all that you go through with the 2 of them and it humbles me and my problems.
The wife is a little off kilter IMOGMO. He has been trying to comply on school but she is relentless and gives him no room for error. That is a tough road but in the end he will have a degree, and that is worth a higher salary...but the 2 of them will never be the same.

Know any good tips for keeping septic tanks from filling with rain water. We're pretty much saturated here. Been thinking about going to aerobic system but I'm told that I'd need to hire an engineer.

    Not really
Neighbor has his field in low spot. Groundwater fills it up.
You can pump it out by truck but it’ll fill again.
Aerobic may be your best bet

Nope Christie is a hellicopter Mom and always stayed right on tip if the girls.,as a result they never learned to organize themselves. She’s still trying to do it with the oldest who is 26. I had to fuss a little last night she has to stop trying to influence them with how she thinks things should be done. She doesn’t have any luck with me with it as I’ll just stop like an old mule. She’s a great mom and only wants what is best as I am sure tour wife does but they have to learn to take tespinsibillity fir themselves

Meeting would have made for good viewing. One employee told me, and I quote..."You can't tell me what to do".

    Well, actually, I can.

Since starting her on meds last night she seems more comfortable

    You're parking in a Handicapped spot !!! :rant::smack:

Right now she's on meds to help control her bad cough/ gagging . This alone I believe has helped her immensely , she was able to sleep thru the night last night

she's sleeping on my lap and snoring loudly right now . Even saw Rascal walk over to her and started grooming her , Gizmo also knows there's something wrong

I left the meeting with a promise to make them understand who was responsible for telling everyone what to do, and to make them BOTH wish this entire event wouldn't have happened.

Then let 'em sweat for a day.

They're both to be in my office at 8AM tomorrow BEFORE either one clocks in. I'll inform them as to what action will be taken then. Probably a 3 day/no pay suspension.
