265/70/17 SL Load and couldn’t be happier.

Everyone says pictures don’t do these justice on how aggressive they look in person and they were right. Even in the SL load they were what I was hoping for. Had factory OR wheels and tires. Switched tmps and lugs over with no problem. Thanks @Discount Tire Direct! Full debadge and black lugs next.

I live in the city of Chicago and I'm trying to decide between these and KO2s. I think the KO2s look a little better but I'm more concerned about performance; biggest things being snow/rain performance, road noise, and mpgs.

I just purchased the Nitto ridge grapplers from them, got a really good price on them and shipping was free to a local installer. They have a 10% off on Nittos until the 15th.

I was on the fence between the Nittos and 3 other tires. I bought the Nittos since they're were the few tires that are offered in load c and are decently light.

can you tell me a little about what you think of the ridge grapplers? my driving is 90% highway and I'm hoping they wear well and perform well on road as well as off

Hey man I live in the Chicago burbs near O'hare. I went with these and couldn't be happier. Almost a year now. Got them shipped to my door with a black friday deal online for $600, I got 285's (33's). They would be more like $450 for a smaller set and the discount. Have been absolutely fantastic in the snow.

Nice I'll look into them the only problem I saw is that there selected delivery options in my area are super pricey imo like 30 dollars a tire ...

I got the 265/75/r16, was worried about some power loss with the extra weight with the 4cyl but so far I can't tell the difference. Love the tires. Will update with mpg stats at some point.

What's your MPG drop with this size in the manual? I suffered quite bad haha, very much worth it.

I just had mine installed tonight. P 265/75R16 on factory Tacoma Pro rims. What a difference on my Sport.

One thing that the installer mentioned and that I've never seen in all the pages that I read on the tires is that the FALKEN WILDPEAK name is raised way more on one side than the other. I went with the less raised side.
