Yeah me too =(... I am honestly confused as to why they wouldn't install the other hub.. The hub on the passenger side looks brand new and the lift and wheels and tires where put on very recently, it might be possible they could've forgot and also could've not been paying attention.. Another hub is on the way and next up is figuring out the noise from the 4wd.

Different state, he doesn't appear to care at all, which is weird because he cared alot before I handed him the cash. I sent him a picture and he replied with ''I give you good deal, hubs are very cheap and I fix for free''

put it in Park and 4H (engine off), and jack up that corner of the truck so that wheel can be spun freely, see if it makes nasty noise.

I just did this and there is not any noise from either side, but it wasn't turning the actual axel because the hub isn't locked in. I suspect that it may be the U-Joints in the front driveshaft near the differential, it has a weird squeak to it. If I have time tomorrow I am going to get all 4 tires in the air and let it go slowly in 4L while somebody watches the accelerator and find the issue.

I had a chance to get under the truck today, and I turned the front driveshaft and it appears that it is the item that is making the noise. I read up on the 1st gen Tacoma driveshafts and they are supposed to be double cardan joints, but this one just appears to be a normal ujoint (or so I think)... I'll drop a picture in a little bit.

Does it have an awesome sticker on the tail gate that you can't remove?
