These apartments are always full because they’re cheap for the area. With that comes expected annoyances. The unit we got is actually in the best shape (“hardwood” added instead of nasty brown carpet, wall paneling replaced with sheet rock, etc.).

The people above us have been there for 11 years and we never have issues with them. It’s the moron across from us and the one we share a wall with that cause all the issues.

It’s 16 units, owned by 1 guy, and the price can’t be beat. There’s compromise to be had

Actually, upper middle class white suburbia. Apartments are scarce in the area (they run $1200/month for a 300 sq. ft. studio), but we were able to find this one for $750. As mentioned to others, situations like this will also attract less than ideal neighbors

So new the thread, Born and raised in Texas currently stationed in Alaska, moving back to the Houston area soon. Looking to meet up with some other Tacoma owners and actually get my truck wheeling and off-roading with people. Got a '95 DLX 2.7L 4x4 on 35"s with Fox 2.5 up front and 2.0 in the rear, Camburg UCA. Still looking for a driver side bucket seat brackets.

There’s plenty of people there and lots of places to get dirty. What’s your time frame?

    Welcome!

There are a bunch of us from the Houston area, and there is a beach meet this Saturday. I know that you said you were moving back soon, but I figured you'd be interested to know!

@Bigdaddy4760 just arrived from Alaska today.
