Interesting. None of my local Costco’s advertise that.

For when you have a small wiener and need a vehicle with absolutely no utilitarian value whatsoever.

    Depends on when you buy.

My entire house was $205k when I bought it. It's up to around $430k or so now.

Gotta retard proof everything down here in the 48th state. Funny part is with a pickup the bed is so low you can stretch any hose you wanted over it anyway

Didn’t Oregon it something just change a rule/law making it so people have to pump their own fuel? Or am I wrong?

I believe New Jersey is the only state where it's illegal to pump your own gas.

Also peeling plastidip is a PITA, better to have a dip shop chemically debond it, then it just sluffs off

No one "has to" pump their own gas, but OR has long been the laughing stock of the nation for this reason. People there apparently aren't smart enough to pump their own gas without setting the place on fire.

And it's not even that the law makers think they aren't smart enough. Oregonians themselves don't think they're smart enough either, lol

I'm still scratching my head as to where the money comes from when people buy these houses. Welcome to nearly a decade of cheap loans. Some might find it had to believe, but anything under $200k buys you a dump in Bismarck, ND.

If banks were required to hold the loans for more than 12 seconds, they would probably care more if you could actually afford to make the payments or not. Instead, all they care about is if you can pay the closing costs, then they jump ship before you realize you can't actually afford to spend 60% of your income on interest payments.

So we get things like predatory loans, no-check loans (I was offered a 350k loan based on my credit score and what I said I made, and they wouldn't verify it), and sub-prime stuff.

I'm gonna guess 201k buys you a mansion though. It's still ND, not exactly the paragon of ideal living.

Land is more valuable than a "Mansion" in ND.

Neither is AZ and its six months of oppressive heat, old people, depends and golf balls. In fact we should just AZ back to Mexico since there's no real resources in that state.
