more leaf spring questions

after reading numerous threads about tacoma leaf springs I think I have decided to replace the whole leaf assembly with new after markets ones. the question now is which brand?

I have a stock 04 SWB 4x4 - I want the following:

stock ride height or maybe lift up to 2 inches.
load capacity should be rated for 600 to 1000 pounds occasionally - 300 to 600 pounds fairly regularly but not daily.
prefer to maintain good ride quality. (the way it is now the rear saga if I put anything in the bed)

the available brands are: skyjacker, fabtech, deaver, etc.

something I noticed is that different companies specify anywhere from 3 to 10 leaves in their spring packs.
what's the advantage to fewer or more leaves?

who has had what results with which setups?

for the leaf springs, im gonna recommend some wheelers 5 pack leafs. i just installed a set today on my 04, and i gotta tell you, i love them!! day and night difference between my worn out stock leafs. i also added a set of ome 881 coils to the front,a nd the ride is level now. i gained about 1 and a quarter to 1.5 inches in the rear with the new leaf springs. im not sure about load capacity, but if you contact jason at im sure he can tell you everything you need to know. also check otu the website........they have alot of different options there and great prices, but im really happy with what i got for my tacoma. you can check my build thread for before versus after pics here.......
