R/R'd the front shocks with 5100's. Wasn't too hard and took me about 2 hours, but I need to do the rears today. I'm not mechanically retarded as you can tell but just to clarify, the rears simply bolt on and off with the ass end in the air correct? Usually the most simple of mods/mechanical work ends up being the worst somehow so I wanted to double check that the rears really are just jack-unbolt-remove-install-bolt up-jack down.

Searched with no real avail. unless someone can link me a thread. Thanks fellas

Jack it up and place frame on jack stands, remove the tires, replace shocks, and re assemble. Much easier than the fronts.

the way i would do it set jack stands in front of the front leaf spring hanger and make sure the wheels are off the ground then put the jack under the middle of the axle and put a little pressure on it and then swap shocks. that's how i usually do them

dont forget about using an allen head on the top of the shocks. I tried to just turn the nut with a wrench and the hole shaft would spin  (thats what she said)

I just installed Bilstein 5100's on the rear & I was wondering if there is a torque setting for the top nuts. It seems like the bushings just get compressed to no end.

    Thanks,
