    Only 9 hours to the south portion and then do the road 3 hours each way -> winter overlanding :headbang:

    Yes and no, I still need to weld gas tank mounts to the frame and exhaust, then make welding cart/table and few other little things.
    You are passing me anyways on the way to Cambridge. :boink:

    I have a friend I went to highschool with who lives in Moosonee. I see pics all the time on facebook of that winter road. IMO, just go to a lake and drive on the lake. Exactly the same. Save you 18+ hours driving. But hey if its in the name of overlanding :bananadead:

    Considering you will not be camping in your rigs with it below -20C.

    they usually just cut off the joints and weld them on to a new axle shaft.
