What Have You Done To Your 2nd Gen Tacoma Today?

Finally, pull the plug and lifted my taco 2mo ago. Went for the Oldman Emu heavy lift. After all the research I found what will work for me. I’ve beem part of an Overland club and can finally complete some trails.
This Sunday, the ARB bumper will go on.
MAN!! I’m excited.

 

Took Apache trail all the way past canyon lake to Apache lake! The recent storms meant VERY low dust, which was nice.

 

You know, I use to anodize , and got concerned about the big brother EPA, I had like 7-8 pots going with lights and it looked like a meth lab. I did some real nice colors. Let me see if I can dig up an old pic. These were handles I mounted to bangstick poles.

 

Installed my Headstrong AAL tonight. Everything went smoothly with the exception of a few rusted nuts/bolts. Waiting on hacksaw to trim up my new leaf pins

 

All I can say is WOW.

Yep the old fart.That was a few years back when the truck had a different partial wrap. Those are the good down to earth pull up a chair and lets eat kind of people. I furnish some of the tools of the trade for some of them and there are a few of the other folks, welllllll not so personable . LOL, that's me being nice.

 

how much cutting did you have to do to that ARB bumper. ?4.5" angle grinder do the job?

 

I have been looking for a set of seat covers like you have, whats the brand or name?

Other than the ongoing smell of death and mouse from the heater core (I don't smell it on inside recirc, just outside air + heater) it's a great truck. I love driving this thing, although it's my wife's DD these days.
