I've got a 128 and a 64. One of these

I went with a 128 and a 64. Spendy but solid memory. Whatever size you decide on, don't get the cheapest. They are constantly being written to and over-written. The cheap ones will not last and could corrupt the data or fail completely in a short time. Get the High Endurance.

I plan on mounting it to my roof rack and running the wire along side all of my BD lights into the cab through a Watertight Marine Electronics Cable Tapered Rubber Seal


However, I’m still looking up other routing options as making the cut will bring a lot of anxiety. Lol

It’s what you get with the “cult” cars.... I’m fairly new to Tacoma World, but it has the same feel as the mk1 forum at vwvortex. I haven’t seen it with any other generation of VW, and not even close with any other manufacturers, except for this wondrous TacomaWorld!

 

If I’m not mistaken there are some rubber plugs in the floor board of the 2017 that can be used as a wire pass and sealed.

Yeah but you cannot get to them from the top of the roof unless you have wires showing going down to them. Unless someone else has a way

Used it for work, out on the right-of-way. We've been getting snow and rain and then getting wind... and it was sloppy in spots.

Now I have mud where I didn't know I had spots for mud.

 

Used bedliner on my skid and added some @TUFSKINZ

Turned out pretty good. Hopefully this holds up better than spray paint.

 

How do you like the TUFSKINZ letters. I’ve been contemplating getting some matte black ones for my Skid

 

Put on my avs low profile matte black window visors .

 

I highly recommend them. They're high quality and fit the embossing like a glove. Super easy to apply.
