I have tossed around keeping it and putting it in the garage once I redo it. If I can’t sell it might just hold onto it

 

I hit that "wall" and put in a gas fireplace insert last year. Nothin like using a remote to light the fire!

 

I'll have to sell some vacation time to get this. However, that won't happen until after the holidays

It’s a non insert (assuming you mean like a fire place insert or sits flush to the wall?). Sits on a pedestal in the corner of the room or something like that
