Hmm, wonder if it’s the calibration of the gauge. Or maybe it doesn’t have 10%.

 

Hey guys, so i installed my afr post cat so i could monitor both sides. What sort of readings should i expect at wot and normal driving? Its the trd tune and the magnuson sc. The gauge came out of a taco so id assume its calibrated right, but would like to double check!

 

Most likely the ecu wraf sensors are sending a signal to ECU for stoic regardless of ethanol content.

 

The gauge is not calibrated for a Taco but does probably require some sort of calibration.
Mine calls for unplugging the sensors and turning ignition on for a period of time, then plugging sensors in with them in free air (not in exhaust) until gauge shows calibration is finished.

You should see 14.7ish at idle and part throttle and the number should go lower in boost.

Any of you guys ever look into putting something like a Recaro type seat(s) in your truck? ....just curious.

 

Yup. PRP seats are awesome and affordable. One day...

 

I probably wouldn’t do Recaros, but I’d definitely like some nice power heated and cooled seats. I had Sport package leather seats in my 3 series and they were super comfy and supportive.

 

Got two Cobra seats in mine.

 

Why would EtOH have an effect on the A/F ratio?

Recaro, Cobra, a seat out of a RAV4... Anything. For whatever reason, I find the seats in my 2014 rather uncomfortable.

Have you tried the seat risers? Mine are better on my back since adding them.

 

True. That weather would kill me.

 

I mainly wish they could be lowered like in the 4runners. My fiancé’s 17 corolla sport we just traded in had great comfy seats that had all kinds of adjustability.

Edit. I’m 6’1” so I don’t need seat risers
