I have a bunch of trusts actually. Not good with hand cannons though. Maybe I'll give one a try.

 

We ran the raid last night and it was the only curated drop that I got. I'm fine with that because it's the only one that I didn't have. At least it didn't take me 52 runs like it did in VoG to finally get one lol. I remember running someone through VoG (you might have been with me that night) and I was still chasing the Fatebringer and their first time through they got a double Fatebringer drop lol. Kind of like my first run through VoG and I got a GH to drop. I didn't use rocket launchers at the time so I deleted it. Little did I know it was the best weapon in the game. FML only took me a year to get another one

I do too. I've got the curated one from Gambit and the thing is a beast. I'm like you. I've never been really good with hand cannons but I've forced myself to get better with them. The Trust is very forgiving since it has so little recoil so if you accidently spam your shots it still hits the target. Hand cannons have always been about pacing your shots and for a long time I just left them alone. But now I really like them.

 

I like that they hit like a truck. Makes me be a bit patient and get the target sighted in, and then not long to take it down. Funny, though, that I like hand cannons and auto rifles, scout and pulse not so much.

I think that was Jon that got the double Fatebringer drop, and Bonnie had not gotten one yet either. Took her forever to get one, I think she quit playing twice it made her so mad. It took me a year to get a VoC, and I was like the last to get a GH. I had other launchers with tracking rockets, though. People still joke about me saying, "But I have tracking rockets!"

 

I agree man, rocking the hand cannon is a blast once you get comfortable with it. I feel like its always a closer if its got the right mix. Back in the D1 days when the last word was a weapon...damn did I love PVP because of it. That pistol got things done.

 

Yeah I couldn't remember who got it. I just know it took me 52 times to get my first one. After that they dropped all the time. Got the VoC my first run though so I was happy with that. Also to the Mythoclast so I couldn't complain too much.

I can't remember if I ever even got the Mythoclast. I think I did way later on when we just did VoG speed runs.

 

Even still though, if wielded right it could def put a damper on your enemies plans.

I agree. Made it to the 8th round just fucking around when we didn't know what we were doing. You also get a lot of shit out of it. Pretty cool mode and I'm glad the keep putting stuff like that in the game.

I'm getting so much closer to the Broadsword. Unless something happens I'll have it this weekend. I've completed everything in IB and I have 300+ tokens for next time it comes around. Got all the armor with the perks that I want for PvP and we went in tonight and destroyed.

 

The only problem is there is nothing that I want out of that game mode. But it is a lot of fun no doubt. If you level it all the way up you get a reskinned Origin Story that is masterworked. Since I don't use auto rifles it would just be a collection to me. I'll get it but I doubt I'll ever use it.

 

Few more steps and I'll have my gun. I've ignored everything in the game since there isn't much of anything I can get out of the Petra's bounties that I don't already have. Going to get the Wish Ender tomorrow night but other than that I'll be in PvP all day.

 

Jesus right? I do have a god roll Edge Transit that I'm happy with. The others are just infusion fuel. Got a bunch of Tigerspites but I just don't use them because they are ineffective in PvP. PvE I generally use my Bygones, EP shotgun, and Sleeper or Whisper.

 

Everything that drops now is 600 for me so now I just throw them in the vault. Once I get the Broadsword I'll finish out my WL. Who knows when I'll get around to the Titan?

 

Yeah. As much as I hated the hunter in D1 I finally got tired of getting owned by them in PvP. I mained 2 WL's for almost 2 years but deleted one. 3 weeks later I went flawless. Then 8 times after that. In D2 I've gone flawless 8 times also.

So my hunter is my main and only character right now during Forsaken.
