Yes I do. Although I’ve yet to use it. Honestly, I keep forgetting about that feature. Do you think it would have gotten me unstuck?

Took my baby out to the usual spot at the Old Sauk River Trail after a 6 month deployment. Kinda forgot how to drive so I took it easy on him lol.

I do the same thing. I always forget about it, I guess it's just growing up without all the fancy stuff. I see something and think to put it in 4LO but never think to try that feature.

    No idea bud.

I've got a manual in my truck, and never have actually seen the CC feature used in person. On top of that, I've only seen videos online of mostly staged uses of the feature, so I still can't gauge how well it really works in real situations like you were in. It would be nice to see some videos of some real life stuck situations like you were in to the point you just need a quick yank from a buddy, only to use the CC to walk right out with.

The CC feature has been out since late 2015 and there just aren't many videos available of this feature being used much. Folks must not be getting stuck in the 3rd Gen Taco in the first place, don't have a smart phone/camera in this day an age, or the CC didn't perform as hoped and deleted the footage? Not sure what it is.

265/75/16 which is as big as you can go with no rub on stock height.

Went down a couple minimum maintenance roads near Ithaca NY. First time off road with the new truck it is a beast! Loving how the manual performs in 4lo, it walked right up a couple wet steep climbs.

I’m also from Buffalo, looking for places to wheel, this place looks cool. Not many places in WNY, or we just don’t know about them.
I’ve seen your truck before, I know it. At a place that starts with a W and ends with “mans” lol.

I finally went offroad around Grapevine Lake on some small hills to test the Crawl Control. It sounded like the front end was coming apart in the slowest speed going downhill. It was just the system applying the brakes. Then when I turned around and went up, it made no noise. It only applied the gas. So I finally tried all 5 speeds and it seemed to behave best all around in the 5th setting. I think I did hit the skid plate crossing through a ditch that was fairly steep down and then back up sharp.

This PRO is amazing. Now on to some better terrain.

Koolness, I was hoping there was something in the DFW area and especially Grapevine Lake. I will check it out. I live 4.5 miles from the lake close to the Chevy dealership. I ride my mountain bike 3-4 times a week around the lake. I would not live anywhere else. :)
