I'm sorry to hear about your back, but you comment thoroughly confused me.

Just to be clear I was referring to myself when taking about being a bitch.

Saw one last week that wasnt covered under my insurance.. Initial visit was $80. He wanted to see me another 12 times. Wanted about $600. Needless to say, i found one that takes my insurance ..lol...$15 co-pay. It's worth a shot. I also got an inversion table last night. Its pretty dope. Felt a loud pop. I woke up feeling ALOT better

Not enough to have a build thread.
FWIW my old chiro told me to ice 20 minutes first thing in the am and 20 minutes before bed. It helps a lot

Ice helps with the inflammation and heat helps with the blood flow. More blood flow helps heal. At least that is what I have been told.

Regular icing (according to the old chiro) helps tighten up your little tendons and whatnot that hold your spine together and prevent things from popping out of place. Or assist in popping back in to place. Since you said you popped in that inversion table, I thought this might help :notsure:

Maybe try it a couple times and see if it helps. If it just completely locks you up, I'd say cease. But give it a few shots. Might change your life for the better

Its definately no fun to get out of bed first thing in the am and then lay back down on some ice for 20 min. A BJ sure helps. Same with the evening.
