Any fish in that waterway where those cattails are? Or is just drainage?

 

Plenty of toads; Pretty sure no fish though. It has gotten high enough to sustain fish, but it always drains too quickly.

 

This beer would've gotten stolen in my area.

 

If they are bull frogs you can catch them on rod and reel too. We use plastic worms or frogs. Its really fun when you hook a big one!

 

That's just how it works even though it makes no sense. The dealer will take your trade in and sell it to auction. I think they all use the same algorithm to determine the cars value. If you get a quote at car max for your trade in, likely any other dealer will be exactly the same. Unless they play around with the numbers on the new car youre purchasing.

Also if you ever get in an accident, beware that the insurance company will value your car significantly lower if it had 100,001 miles at the time of the accident rather than 99,990.

 

Drive it till the wheels fall off.

The central A/C at the 1-bedroom apartment my cousin and her husband are moving out of. It's a Payne 1.5-ton (18,000 BTU) 13 SEER unit, installed this past June when the compressor in the original unit went...



In the background of the first picture, you can see two units like the one the Payne replaced. These are 1980s-1990s Snyder General straight-cool units matched with gas furnaces. The furnace at my cousin's apartment was replaced along with the air-conditioner. I'm not entirely sure I like the A/C unit being mounted directly on the wood deck...
