He kicked in the side of their car. I would of thrown a punch too. Guys a piece of shit to do something like that over a parking spot. Let alone hit a woman

 

Again, I don’t condone hitting a woman.

However, they snaked the spot from him, which caused the argument. I have no idea what her response was, but I’m sure it wasn’t “there’s an emergency at my bible study and I don’t have time to give you your spot back”.

Her reply, clearly set him off further and he reacted.

Instead of throwing a punch, she could have called the police and filed charges for the damage.

Instead, she most likely said a few words, then threw a punch.

Both at fault here and he should be held liable for the damage to their car.

 

If this was a Florida WTF, one would be dead from a gunshot wound.

 

Regardless of sex, if you are going to put hands on anyone you must accept that you will receive any and all possible outcomes.

Did that situation warrant that? Nah. But it looks like everyone involved needs some time out to give the rest of us a little breathing room.

 

Clinic called to tell me that I cannot get the shingles vaccine because I'm under 60. I just need to follow a "no touchy" protocol and wash my hands a lot.



If I get shingles anyway I'm kicking someone's ass.

 

Go elsewhere then, inform them that you have an active case in your house.

Shingles can not be spread, you only spread the chicken pox virus. So if you never had chicken pox you could catch chicken pox. You can only get shingles if you previously had chicken pox, it's the chicken pox virus laying dormant in your spine, that's why when you do get it it follows your nerve endings and you have nerve pain which can last long after the rash has gone.

 

Wife never had chicken pox, was merely in contact with kids who had been vaccinated against it. Yet she still got shingles, which means that somehow the virus got in her. We're still waiting on an explanation of that, because her blood work was positive for shingles.

We've been saying that there's a joke there somewhere, like how Mary had to explain to Joseph about how she got pregnant. "This angel appeared and that jerk gave me shingles!"

 

Hmmmm, that is interesting, but I think I've heard somewhere that you could get shingles from the chicken pox vaccine, maybe she got it when really young and no one remembers.

Anyway, good luck in not getting shingles and hope your wife gets through it quick, it is defiantly not a fun experience. I still have phantom nerve pain every once in a while.

He was a jackass and she made a really dumb decision and the outcome is the outcome. She could have simply snapped a pic of his plate and called it in.

According to them, the guy didn't have a blinker on and was on his phone so they didn't know he was waiting for the spot.

The man came out said "wtf that's my spot". The elder replied there were other open spots in the parking lot.

That's odd. I was at Walgreens about three weeks ago for my flu shot and there was a sign reccomending the shingles vaccine for anyone over 50 (and I recently turned 50) that had had chicken pox. I had chicken pox at 19 and have been wanting to go back for the shot, especially after reading these last posts on it.
