Show rabbits. State and National Rabbit Shows.
My wife use to show rabbits, her kids did it in 4H and the county fair.

 

did you hear that now Snow White getting kissed to bring her back to life is now offensive to some (sexual harrasement). And Cinderella and Little Mermaid are bad since they gave something up for a MAN. OMG they're kids movies and has no ulterior motive

 

Back to the camping conversation...seen this at work today. It's a boat trailer (tandem axle) with a wood deck so the guy could mount his Bigfoot cabover camper. I see a lot of campers on car trailers also.

 

So there was a show to show show rabbits?

 

But they were ok with her cleaning a house and living with 7 dwarves?

 

Seen that. Before it's all over with, kids shows and cartoons are going to be totally ruined. Someone was talking about the violence of cartoons from our era.... I can only shake my head and wonder.

 

Everything on TV and on film today is so PC its ridiculous

Remember shows such as the little rascals , 3 stooges and cartoons such as the original Warner Bros cartoons are now not suitable for viewers

 

Like for example Road Runner & Coyote Cartoon is deemed to offensive for kids to watch ........ WTF !!!

 

Have you been seeing all the Sand Toy trailers heading to either Amargosa dunes or Glamis ??? , this the season !!

 

I don't pay much attention. We have them running all over the streets and I don't go by the dunes much anymore. We're knee deep in snowbirds already and I'm trying to not run over them while getting my stuff done. Living in Yuma, you tend to think of sand toys as alternate forms of transportation since they are street legal and just about everyone has one in some shape or form.

 

For you multiple pet owners (cat or dog) how do you handle the pets that were close to a pet you had euthanized. What I'm trying to say is like me for example I've got Rascal and Gizmo , not sure how they'll react to not having Snickers around anymore

Do you just give more love and affection to the others so they don't feel confused were their friend went ?? . 9 years ago I had to put down another cat but rascal was only 3 mo old at the time so I didn't think she new Felix that well

Now Rascal and Snickers grew up together 8 yrs together as they were only 6 mo apart . Also Gizmo has been around 5 of those years so I'm worried how they'll handle Snickers passing !!!!

 

This has gotten ridiculous.

 

They'll be ok Chuck, my three Corgis, Rebel was the oldest and passed in 2011, The other two were a little mopie they kind of come out of it after a few months. Lost Willow in 2013, that was a little tougher, Corey was by him self and visably shaken, three or 4 months and he was somewhat back to himself, kind of better..
