Not hating just speaking reality. And forget the Pro unless you absolutely have to have the blue and you plan on keeping it stock. Get the Offroad and mod it with better equipment then your paying for on the Pro.

It seems like all these forums are filled with people who just like to hate on one another. It is really annoying honestly lol I must be getting old cause I can't stand the immature idiotic responses from the majority. I am very pleased to see some good quality helpful posts once in a while but inevitably they get littered with posts from people trying to act superior and hating on you for something... I got a few hateful posts directed at me right off because I wanted to buy a TRD Pro, like that somehow immediately made me not know what I was doing.

For the record I did want the Blue and I am leaving the suspension stock for the most part. I may need to add something to help with heavy loads at some point but I am almost affraid to ask for input cause I will get "What a dmbass shoulda bought and OR instead of a pro" comments lol luckily I learned early on Forums comments are 99% BS and 10% knowledge usually just gotta sift through worthless silt and find the nuggets of gold!

Get whatever you want. Part of being an adult is the luxury to not poll internet strangers on what kind of vehicle you want to drive.

If you need a truck, and want a manual.. well I’m gonna go with “manual truck.” Final answer.

If you want a car.. get a car.

I think I’m taking the weekend to test drive that STI, a manual Pro and a Type R.

I’ll report back if they are worth getting hosed on trading in my offroad

I sold my 2006 STi in 2016 for $8,000 less than I paid for it in 2007. I think that's pretty solid.

Clean, well maintained STis hold their value quite well. There's a wide berth between the vape bro culture and the models that still sell for good money.

Thanks! It takes surprisingly little brain power to have rational thought and problem solving skills.

Nobody cares if you’re an engineer.

Again, something adults don’t do. Go pick where your money goes, and put it there. 23 with an entry level engineering job and a new car aren’t anything anybody is concerned about, except maybe the one guy who is trying to crawl inside your ass. He seems to like you but is afraid to admit it.

I currently have Cement I’d like to trade in for a cavalry blue TRD PRO if the price is right or if an offroad or sport I would go Cement again
