Not really, you're now going to lose your ass on the 5 lug so selling the two vehicles is a wash. The only way one can redeem themselves is to part them out.

Forget the 5-lug. I’m talking about the Civic here. Wrecked 2006 Civics with salvage titles are worth $1-2k in California. I have a 2006 Civic with a clean title that’s worth about $3k as it sits with the dead hybrid battery and high mileage. The average asking price for a 2006 Honda Civic Hybrid is about $5k on Craigslist and comparable local dealers.

I don’t have time or space to part it out, and remember, it was free. I am loosing money by letting it sit.

Literally, no matter what I do I make money. Even if I drop $1,500 on repairs, fees, and SMOG I make money.

Hell, I make the $1,000 I have invested in the 5-Lug back.

I don’t plan on scrapping it. That’s worst case scenario. Pick-n-Pull would give me like $300 for it.

I think everyone is forgetting I can still sell it legally in the 49 other states.
