Get the trifold cover. I'm sure someone here will send you 3 new bed mats in trade.

Yeah the 18 I just bought has one on it. Not something I would probably add on if it wasn't already there. It's pretty nice though, and listed as 300$ on my window sticker.

I'd go for the bed divider, looks pretty handy. And bed mats are cheap, seems like a waste of a free accessory.

Bed covers are expensive. I would get that, sell it and buy 4 bed mats.

Nerf bars can be had for $200 on CL.
Bed mats can be had for $60 to $100 delivered.
Roof racks are $400 so also a consideration

also digging through glove box I came across this?! Is there a need to install this to the review camera harness as the directions are weird and I don't understand why they'd give a new part for owner to install right away?

Nope it’s to cap the connectors on the camera cable if you ever decide to remove the tailgate.

Mostly stock with a few minor mods.
Not sure exactly where you are in MN, but I'm in Grand Rapids and I'd recommend a horse stall mat from L&M for the bed mat. 3/4" thick rubber and weighs about 100 lbs. The weight is a bonus in winter - no need for sand bags. Those AT Revos are nice. Used to run them on my Jeeps. And I'd stay away from side steps since you'll wreck them when you go over your first stump on a logging road.

I don't know if you like the look, but the factory roof rack would be my pick. If you ever have to haul a canoe (and who doesn't in MN?) You'll wish you had some bars up front.

And you can install a remote start on a manual, you just have to be 100% sure to leave it in neutral when parked. If not, you end up with a self-driving truck until it hits something.

I'd push the subject by asking for the Fox suspension as your accessory. And when they say nah nah nah. You counter with tonou cover.

Lets see 1st what his dealer considers accessory.
As mentioned above the bed mat is a great option, best $100 I ever invested. Keeps the composite in good shape, way less noise when dealing with metal tie downs or hooks and cargo will not shift or move around due to a slippery bed.

I wonder if you can get a list of what they consider accessories? Kind of curious.

Dealers not necessary go by the brochure when they give free accessories. If is a Toyota US offer yes, but every dealer is independent own and have their own specials, who knows what his dealer have as for free accessories.
