    I do mainly do lettering two ways: embossed in the mesh or lettering CNC cut out of 1/8” aluminum.
    I’ve done custom ones hand cut out of 1/8” sheet fiber glass - that’s the only way I could to the “S” or the “E”

    You must be close to Port Republic. I did a project just off the Blue Ridge Parkway there when I studied at JMU. We worked off the one of the original roads made to connect the shenandoah valley to Charlottesville (rumor was so J. Madison and T. Jefferson could travel and communicate with each other). We mapped an old Iron Furnace area just off the parkway for the NPS.
