Yep, we designed and built the prototype today. Production should start in 4 weeks or so.

What'd they decide on for material? Steel or aluminum? And what thickness?

10 gauge steel and 3/16” aluminum. The prototype is 3/16” steel because that’s what was around the shop. It’s freaking stout.

If the disc is too big for the flywheel it should be apparent. There’s only one way it all bolts together

I forgot my phone or would have grabbed pics. The friction disc overhangs the machined surface on the pressure plate by about 1/8" which makes the friction disc uber close to rivets in the pressure plate, like 1/16". I told them to install it. Hopefully it doesn't rub. For over 1200$ for that kit im hoping its just tight tolerances.

The kidney stones suck man. I feel for ya. I had to have a few broken up with the lithotripsy cause they were too bigto fit down the pipe. Was no fun.

And did you need any help with the milf research?
Whats that now? I read something about warm butts in the post you quoted. Dont be getting any ideas. Thats exit only.
