If there’s one thing I hate about my 99, it’s the bitch horn.

 

im glad i have an 01. better horn. but still not Cadillac level horn

 

They’d love me in Europe

 

The courtesy door light isn’t coming on unless the key is turned on, this is with the switch in the “door” position.

If in the “off” position it stays off.

If in “on” it stays on.

We took the switch out of the roof and cleaned up some corrosion and what not.

What all is there to the door jam switches? Should we tear these apart or replace with new ones? And whereabouts did you purchase...

I bought the wrong eyelet, the hook on the turnbuckle was reverse threaded so I’m at Home Depot right now getting a hook.

 

Man, getting really bored sitting here, just read a little Black Ops 4 thread kinda makes me want to get an Xbox or something again.

Seriously though, I was in there last night because the one near me is all 50% off right now since they're closing (nearly everything worth buying is gone)...but I was looking in the hardware section and they had tons of automotive hardware; grade 8 nuts and bolts, ball joints, metal bushing sleeves, panel clips, etc. I had no idea...they had shit that I searched for at auto stores and couldn't find for my truck. Of course I figure this out right as they go out of business.

 

For that kinda stuff I prefer tractor supply or ACE

 

I'll use Lowes before Home Depot. My preferred local shop (even though they were absorbed by ACE) simply because they have good stock and are 100% customer oriented -
