A little something every chance we get.
Had the bad sensor replaced on one wheel this spring. (They last 7 - 10 years top, and they won't put a new tire on an old sensor wheel, BTW). $60, and NO LABOR, just tax for one or more. And they reset the software of course.

If you're interested, buy a set of four from Rock Auto and I'll help you get them programmed into the ECU if need be.

    UPDATE

Alright guys as much as I dont want to I'm going to make an executive decision to reschedule the Houston Beach Meet for another time.

The weather appears like it will probably be pretty crappy and also after looking into the bike event more it appears that cyclists will be all over the roads down there through the day and so any ferry rides back to the island will take a while as the riders will also be vying for space.

Anyone who still wants to go should definitely go and have a great time but heads up on weather and the cyclists.

We will post a new thread for when we reachedule!

Please share to anyone you know who was interested.

Thanks for the help guys. I might just get a new one from discount tire if it’s only 60 bucks.

Saw a good looking homemade snorkel, comes through the fender vertically next to the a pillar. Super clean and used the stock air box. Ducted under the fender. Looking for the link.

Call your local, price might vary a little, but I read in other posts on the main Forum that it was this or very close. Less than half of dealer for the sensor, and no fee for reprogram. DT likes customers.

    I paid $60 too so I imagine it's a flat fee.

Is it just me or does it bother anyone else when people are parked on the side of the street facing counterflow to traffic?

Bothers me too. When I lived in Texas City they ticketed people for that on my parents road all the time.

First we had this lovely neighbor throw a party Wednesday evening. He was parked like this all through Wednesday evening through ~1500 Thursday afternoon.

    Tonight they're having another party.

Idiot friend #1 parks on the opposite side of the street and their rear bumper is flush with the end of another neighbor's driveway. Notice the angle that they're parked at in relation to the curb.

Idiot friend #2 saw Idiot friend #1 and took their parking job to heart.

Same here, but unfortunately a lot of people in this neighborhood are snowflakes and park facing the wrong side of the street. Most however have just the slightest bit of decency left and will actually pull all the way to the curb. Not these lovely folks.
