    I would buy an improved version from you so quick!

    Preliminary implementations of mods on it I would suggest as an obvious would be the stop shave mod you have done in the past already for extra leeway when installing shorter belts.

    A bullet piece would work perfect, the biggest problem I could see with this is people having to disassemble the tensioner. That is a pretty strong spring in the tensioner. Great care would have to be taken to prevent injury during disassembly/reassembly.

    I was thinking about this also. If the parts are available, it might be something we could do here. And by we.. and mean me. I also do all the kitting and assemblies for parts that require it. Some Inspection too . Shipping and receiving.. etc .jack of all trades here.

    So it could be a plug n play kit.. IF the parts are available and we have the resources to do so .

    Anyone on here install the urd stage 2 clutch themselves? The tech thats installing it says that the friction disk is too large for the pressure plate and flywheel.

    Here's how my new tensioner sits with 69.5 in belt and 2.5 pulley. I trimmed the max stop (the lower one near middle bolt) but as you an see it sits closer to max then the minimum tension stop. This is also after I adjusted the pulley wrap mod nearly all the way out.

    interesting. that throttle body and URD Y is really the only difference. factory intake or aftermarket?

    I have the URD headers and a custom "meh" Y-pipe.

    I'm really starting to think it (Y-Pipe) just needs to be opened up to let it breath more. :notsure:

    Urd intake. I didn’t really notice much of a difference with the urd y pipe. But I could hear the difference. I’m also right around sea level. U said it running rich? How much boost are you seeing?

    Basically a fault line in the casting process. If others were breaking along that line as well, not just the location, the problem is with the process. Not just an inherently weak point.

    I was thinking there could be a fault in the process as well seeing that the break happens every time in the SAME exact spot. It explains a lot actually, and it is too much of a coincidence.

    I'm willing to bet that there are more based upon the sample size of this thread. If there is a weak part and the ability exists to rectify the issue, then by all means let's get something going.
