That’s why I have the AC unit. It’s the hottest room in the house, I have three walls exposed to the sun. The rest of the house is bearable.

That wont do a dam thing for you Tyler. That only works on gates that have cross 2x4 and fence slats. You basically trying to force a piece of plywood to change its shape.

@BartMaster1234 the holes in the wood have become ob-longed. You can try hooking the cable to the bolts and see if it will help.

You might be able to lift it and tighten the bolts really tight. Our you can cut some plywood 12x12 inches glue and screw to the back were the hinge plots come thru. Redrill the holes in the right spot for the hinges.

I jacked up the door to the point where the trailer started to lift, and it actually did fix it. So it really is those holes being bowed? One of the hinges is a little wonky.

the holes are oblonged instead of round letting the door sag.

You think just replacing the plywood outright is a good idea?

Buy once, cry later as I say.

It is, however, old and worn out. And the holes are oblong as Jon said. My idea is to pop the plywood from the frame, and rotate it to drill new holes.

But if I’m going to be doing that, might as well just throw completely new plywood in there.

Too many trucks and mods to list.. check builds
reinforcing it with some metal or something would probably be a better idea.
