Anyone know a good spot of public land to shoot? Room mate and I are tired of ranges with old NRA dudes who think that they know everything.

 

Yuppp, most of the public spots along the front range I know of have been closed...

 

So you're pretty much "observing" 2 infantry veterans who trained to be the most efficient at killing people as possible for 4 years don't know what we are doing?

The last public range we went to a NRA guy was teaching 70,30 Push Pull. All that needs to be said about his "knowledge" My room mate and I were practicing transition drills and drawing from concealment, the dude just commented on how our movements were too fast to fire accurately, yet we hold 2 inch groups at 25 yards.

Another range the RSO kicked us out for drawing from concealment because it made others on the range "uncomfortable". We asked him before hand if it was allowed and he said yes.

People think because someone is an "NRA Instructor" they know what they are talking about. Tired of it.

 

BLM land is a safe bet.

Aww yeah, she drove her happy ass under her own power.

One headlight is only dim, need to swap and see if it's headlight or wiring. Ordering exhaust shortly and maybe make a tray for the back.

I’m doing the same, trying to get as much done before racing tonight. Got the RTT opened up to dry out and too the pressure washer to the annex and it’s floor, clean it up and pack it up for the season

 

did you take the RTT hunting?


I think I'm almost done cleaning/packing away all of my elk hunting gear...but there's always something else hahaha

 

None yet, needs plates. But have no fear. She'll get sent.

Yep sure did, someday I’ll be fancy and have a camper but for now, I rock the RTT

 

Went to RCI’s open house today in Loveland. Amazing new facility! Congrats @Joshp767 on your success, well earned and deserved! Saw some amazing rigs there, including @T-Rex266 Tundra at the Toytec booth. Not an ounce of dust on that thing...haha. Contributed to the cause by ordering a new skid after damaging the stock tin foil on Tuesday

 

oooo, mr fancy over here... I have been rocking 3 or 4 season tents but I think the RTT would be a nice convenience
