Do you guys know anyone local that is looking for wheels and/or tires?

Rims: OEM 17's. They are in great shape. No scratches or damage of any kind.
Tires: Nitto Terra Grapplers 265/70/17. They've been on my truck for about 6 months. Very low miles on them. They have a minimum of 75% tread.
I'm selling them as a kit, for I don't have a place to store them.
Selling for $700 obo.

The book of faces marketplace is where I unloaded my last couple sets. Had my wife list em on her's.....either way it's a crapshoot. Craigslist is more like Flakelist...

 

You'd need mag style lug nuts, but every thing else should be the same...

 

I've had them on Marketplace for a couple of days. With over 500 views, I was hoping to have sold them by now but only 2 inquiries. I'm asking $700 obo. I figured $25 per wheel and $150 per tire was fair. Do you think I'm overpriced?

It depends. Not overpriced but you know how selling goes. I generally look at once its used resell drops tremendously....but I hate selling stuff and usually try to price it to move.
It's a pretty common wheel, and a good tire.

Yep. Sounds about normal. People don't wanna pay but when they sell it's more than they paid.
People suck. Present company excluded form that comment but I think you know what I mean.
Took a few weeks but I unloaded mine to another Tacoma owner who needed new tires and just bolted my OE Sport
wheels on.

 

By the way........any 3rd Gen people interested in a Pelfreybilt standard rear bumper in steel. LineX coated, with custom beer opener????

 

I have the tolerance to wait it out, but I don't have tolerance for low-ball offers. I'll throw a tablecloth over them and use them as a poker table just to get the asking price.

 

Do you just need a place to store them? Or are you needing the dough?

 

I'm fine on both. I just want to get a fair price out of them and will wait it out if necessary.
