Oh no i have a decent one. I get like 30min from a hour charge.

But its also a small batter because the car is 1/12th scale and doesn’t have much space.

 

Do you not drive that much, when is the trailer gonna be on more than the truck?

 

Oh it’ll be hitched to the truck most of the time, I was just saying my batteries take a while to charge.

 

Guess you decide what batteries your battery charger is gonna drain then. Also the typical trailer 7pin plug will not be able to provide enough amoerage for much of an inverter.

 

After having a few, thayre a fuckin pain in the ass. Electric is faster and less finicky, the motors that small just everything goes wrong with them and getting them to start is torture.

 

I rather have electric. They make some that go 100mph lol

 

Just put a small block chevy on a gokart and go do burn outs in the neighborhood

 

Really? How do those fifth wheel campers power their electric systems?

I doubt they’re having generators running on the road. RV Hookups as im shore power?

 

On board, deep cycle batteries that are charged when driving or plugged into 120v.

 

They usally dont have people in the trailer when it’s being towed.
So no need for power

 

Huge onboard generators and batteries. I hate when I have to camp near those fucks running their gennys.

All of this seems rather complicated for weekend warrior camping trips. I think the toughest decision I face when camping is whether or not I should bother bringing a cooler..

Although, I do bring a nuclear reactor in the bed of my truck with an auxillary 150ft wind turbine as backup just in case the isotopes have an off day and are less radioactive. On the plus side, spent fuel rods make great nightlights if you dump them in a bucket of water, hence why I always pack a Michael Phelps Signature Infinity Spa in between the Johnsonville Brats and the Ketchup.

Work hard during the week and keep the weekends simple! That's what I always say.

 

I’ve passed by lots of campers that have had people in them.

 

Those quiet Honda generators are beautiful things. Hate they’re so expensive though.

 

If it's a 5th wheel camper you can in Texas as well as 20 other stated...including California.
