Same here. Probably cause most of us wouldn't thing to replace/repair stock UCAs. We usually go aftermarket.

Is the bolt tight, they shouldn't be able to squeak the way they're setup stock

He's never done an analysis of what it cost to produce these horn kits. Mr. Wonderful on Shark Tank would eat him alive for not knowing.

You sure it's the UCA bushings? Stock bushings don't really squeak cause the way they work. They fatigue & tear when they get old, shouldn't squeak.

Your shit was under water, there's probably a lot of various greases washed away, tolerances tightened by rust that shouldn't ever exist. You'll be fighting noises for a while I'd think. But replacing the arms is easy at least

For some online school, fuck that.

People obviously like his product, having a kit that’s ready to go is gonna sell. Sure, some can go to the yard, pick up their own horns, and wire em up but I sure as hell cant.

His business plan can’t be too bad, he seems to do pretty well with it.

Possibly. When my UBJs were shot they clunked, especially when they got wet.

Should probably check before wasting time & money replacing the UCA bushings. Remove your coilover & cycle the suspension up & down. Could also be sway bar endlinks if you still have the sway bar.

Yeah, my truck might get that treatment eventually.

When I was in HS a buddy had his done in their single stage metallic blue and the paint actually stayed pretty nice for the 5 years I saw it afterwards

Oh well. If it were me I would have just replaced the entire UCAs with Mevotech or something. That's what I'm going to do when I replaced my LCAs. I'm not gonna bother with installing poly bushings.

After the disaster I had trying to put Poly bushings in my leafs, I would do the same. Granted, my leafs were aftermarket, but still. Screw that.
