Fairly happy solar report. It's the first "full day", and the spike you see around 10 AM is when I got up and saw 15 minutes of sunshine. I know it's not a lot, but if your day was as grey as mine, and you generated 1 kWh by sitting in a chair and avoiding chores......
I can't wait for tomorrow, when the sun actually comes out for F1 @ COTA.

No, I just can't have something plain. I added lime juice, hot sauce and Old Bay seasoning.

The mixer is new to me Zing Zang. Brand. Damn tasty! Not your typical dinner but then I'm not typical either.

That’s all we use, Zing Zang is great in beer also. Marinate some skirt steak in it for 24 hours and throw it on the grill

Sounds good. I meant that the PIZZA is getting "less flavor". I loved it, but now the wife complains about no taste. And I got a hard to find deep dish (that I could only find out of town), and Monday being pizza night for us, I was sorely disappointed. Not good compared to the ones I got out of town. I usually get the "flat" or "pizzeria style" and my wife complains that they are losing taste. Sadly, I am starting to agree....

Dang! You can FIND decent skirt steak anymore? I quit buying it, and wish I didn't have to. Stuff in stores just isn't the same any more!

Got a real butcher / slaughterhouse up the road from me. I pick out what I want but have known Roger and his brother for years. When I get skirt I cut it up and run it through a Hobart tenderizer makes the best tender fajitas

that explains a lot. HEB tenderized is pretty bad, WalMart is worse. I haven't thought about trying our BBQ joints - a couple sell cut meat. But you do have to tenderize. I will check that route out, because I certainly can freeze it. Thanks, sir.

I do most of the cooking when I am home and lots. We vacuum seal everything thing and Cindy eats the stuff while I am gone.

Had some Sicillian Folks that immigrated over & opened a Pizzaria back home. Whole Familiy worked there. Gotta say, they could make you a pizza that you couldn't refuse. Too bad the sauce recipe was lost. Real tragic story ending but mighty fine pie.

    @Bigdaddy4760 here are those signs.

    20181020_194633~2.jpg

This is about 10" on all three sides

    20181020_194641~2.jpg

    This is like 10" x 14" and 3D

    20181020_194649~2.jpg

This one is a little bigger than the blue one.

    20181020_194658~2.jpg

    This one is like 4" x 6"

Each was procured while I was hunting. The one is from a fence I wound up on the wrong side of by mistake. From Fort George G. Mead.

They're not everyone's bag considering where they came from and were more trophies for all my troubles of spending so much money and time only to wind up at Burger King.

    Maybe more @Wju s thing?

I got a sealer a couple years ago, and we love it, but we have to clean out the freezer and start using it better. No kids at home anymore except for #2 son at the holidays and summer. And who knows what will happen when he's out of grad school. Two fridges, and a full freezer. I think we can make better use of them...
But, we certainly aren't going to make the bulk save's like y'all do. We're together if we are here.
