OEM wheels from Toyota. My buddy says the tech must have messed something up somewhere.

I put some Falken Wildpeaks on SCS Ray 10’s discount tire, the third time I took it to a different DT and asked for the guy that can balance tires. I got the guy, he spent like 29 minutes on each tire. Still have a lot of weights but the slight steering wheel shake around 60 mph is tolerable

There’s about the same amount of weights on the inner lip that’s out of sight. I’m no expert but there’s damn near a full circle of weights. Also it feels like I’m running over very closely spaced reflecters when doing about 50 in the rearend. That’s too bumpy for things to be balanced properly.

Sometimes the K02's take a lot of weights to balance them out, but you should still have them rechecked, as that seems excessive. If that much is still required the second time, they should dismount the tire completely, reorient it, then remount and rebalance

I’m having them check it out while I’m at work on tuesday. They will have all day to mess with it. Not too worried about it. But if it does need those weights there gonna need to paint then black!

Welcome to TW Bud! Looking good.
    Anywhere near Routt County?
That's where I hang out, we'll there and Poudre Canyon. Nice country. Hope to get a little place in Oak Creek maybe Rustic one of these days. Wish I was there. Rafting and fly fishing just below Pump House is my retirement goal. Overnights and take out at State Bridge. :yay:

I used this one. It matches the dash lights perfectly.

Mounted the jack and put on a blackout kit recently. The garage still holds exhaust, intake, front grill, key fob, and center console safe, but no time for that today. Hopefully soon then it’s on to replace the tires, so far they have done well off-road.

Console Vault is about a 1 beer install, 2 if you like the suds as much as I do. 15 - 20 mins. tops and you'll have one less mod to do. One of my favorite mods. Excellent addition to you Taco!

Yea it’s in the works but house work took over this weekend. I would like something more secure for my ccw when I can’t carry it with me.
