It was amazing! No problems, no breaks , it took everything the trails threw at it with little issue. Steep rocky bumpy inclines and declines, muddy pits and slushy ruts. This truck is awesome and I love it !

I’ve accidentally run mine through it paces too, rocks, mud, sand, clay along with some unexpected hard bumps. Took it all like a champ and wanted more!

    I love my truck too!

Here's a pic.MVIMG_20181021_101604.jpg Just a lowly SR doing some work moving a tree stand. Basically stock, just some stock size AT tires.

I once owned a 2006 Ford Escape Hybrid AWD and I gotta be honest, that SOB went places. It's all about the driver mod.

Yea, I can’t stress this enough to people asking what they should mod first. Go drive it, see what you enjoy doing with it and where you think it is lacking in capability, and then mod it for your own needs. I had to put some better tires on my truck because of the snow where I used to live, but when I took it off roading (with Duratracs) I had no problem keeping up with full built rigs in 90% of the stuff we went over. Of course, there were crazy obstacles they could approach and I couldn’t, but I still hung along on the trails and getting around just fine. I was blown away by some of the hills I got up, I was sure the truck couldn’t, but it could! These are very very capable trucks off road, especially with some better tires, but even the stock tires are good in dry/warm conditions.

    Have fun!

Went out on the forest trail that connects Pine and Strawberry. Its labeled as 428, not crazy long route but had a little bit of everything thanks to all the rain. Few people out there, mostly hunters, I did snap a pick of some elk skin and legs

Sometimes you’d rather just have fun and enjoy off roading all to your self, instead of sharing it to the world. Don’t have time to go on Instagram when your bombing through mud and crawling up rocks!

    Same.

I took my stock OR to Carnigie SVRA, holister SVRA, a few trails in Reno and the el dorado national forest. No issues.

However, I did struggle on some steep inclines on a trail in Reno, but I attribute that to tires more than anything else.
