Recently returned from a four month camping trip in our new Taco. Our new 18 truck & camper is vastly superior to our 01 truck & camper. Wonderful time and great weather too. Met a few folks from our forum along the way and introduced a few new ones as well. Camped at the Mt. Baker Wilderness.

How are you finding the overhang on the long bed? Any issues? Looking at picking up a FSR M55 soon and mounting it in a very similar fashion as you too try to keep it as low as possible.

Well, thanks to the inspiration in this thread we got out this weekend and did some camping by the lake. The campground was closed for the season but 4WD solved that. Not the most epic pictures but we had a great time!

No problem at all. Over hang is only a couple of inches.

Is that the M55? How are you liking it so far? Any complaints?

    Thanks!

It’s the A55 and I’ve used it just twice so far. It works great and being automatic it sets up and takes down in one minute. I also bought the annex and that was well worth the price.94BD7C63-1E94-4C91-A860-E917D6A760BE.jpg

Oooo nice! Are you still able to keep your bedding in the tent while it's folded down? And what's your solution been for storing the ladder? Any issues with moisture with the bottom of the mattress essentially being exposed? Thanks for all the answers!
