Little of this and a little of that
There was a little more behind me and behind the bumper that you can't see but nothing a few zip ties and pop rivets didn't fix. Still wasn't to bad though and its getting replaced anyways. Lol

Yeah the strap came out pretty clean.

Making me rethink the "don't follow me, you won't make it sticker"

I should change it to "don't follow me, I won't make it, you need to go in front so you can winch me up"

It was a sloppy mess out there this weekend, but it was still a good time! Seen lots of landrovers of various years and did not see 1 of them broken down... Jeeps on the other hand, well you know.. What kind of flower is that?

I noticed that too, I was thinking some poor ford or dodge owner needed to dry it out and failed.

I was thinking along the same lines :fistbump::rofl:

I was thinking ford owners but the 4.0l can have some issues with moisture in the cap not as bad as a SBF.

So I'm going back through my dashcam and checking out my maps.

Next time I go up there I'm taking a paper map, because the google will lie to you, and me being inexperienced somehow ended up on Daniel.

I got up to a portion where it was a bit narrow and didn't want to ruin my fenders on trees on the left path, and wasn't really sure of my clearance on the whoops on the right path, so I noped out. I didn't realize I was on Daniel until I went back through the footage and saw the 390 trail marker.

Yea I was wondering if they made a NatGeo of the area cause I’d buy one. I’m used to those maps and unfortunately the URE map you get at the trailhead isn’t great

I had to turn around at one other spot and I'm going through trying to figure out where it is. I believe it was on Rocky Mountain Loop. There's a ravine filled with rocks, a bit of a climb, and about half way up there were some big ruts that I couldn't get my back wheels over due to the rain. If I had been going the other way it wouldn't have been a problem.

Now that I'm more familiar with the trail map and the markers, I'm going to go back in a couple weeks when it's not so wet.

Get the one from the outpost the little paper one sucks
You'd be fine lifted on the backside of Daniel but without someone experienced with you if you felt uncomfortable backing out was a good choice. The whoops seem a lot bigger than they really are. There is only one I absolutely hate and it only sucks running backwards on Dutch. It's really dug out to the left side and you hit frame if you go a little too fast over it. @Dangerdave knows about that.
