Had a strange thing happen tonight. For whatever reason, I tried to turn off my dog lights tonight, and I saw no change. Thinking that they might be burnt out, I got out and checked when I got home, but they were working just fine. I pushed the switch a few times in case it was stuck, but still wouldn't shut off. So, I turned off the headlights and shut off the engine. The lights stayed on! I pulled the relay, no change. I had to pull the fuse to shut them off. Stuck the fuse back in (engine and headlight switch off, key in pocket) fogs came back on.

    Any ideas?

Faulty relay. Be sure you are looking at the correct one maybe. Possible short circuit to hot.

Sounds like the proper relay for the fog lights is stuck on. If I’m correct I believe the relay can have power to it even with the engine off and the key out. Find the right relay and swap it with another one.
