    In mats defense, around that time was when he had to completely remake 1.05. And so far mat seems highly interested in putting the balls back on these trucks

    That stuff must be super old, haven't done anything with the IS200T in over a year, Although we are working on something for it which is a couple months away.
    The IS200T stuff really ended up biting us in the butt because we collaborated with another shop on it and then it went nowhere for 2 years. For that entire time we were stuck because we couldn't go about it on our own.. due to our agreement.



    I'm still working on things.. as quickly as I can. Right now it's running quite excellent on my R/D truck but there are a few shifting issues and downshift to address that happens on 100% bone stock trucks





    We do not even offer anything for the IS200T and haven't for the longest time. Our customer service isn't the best, I absolutely know this. It's very difficult to get back to hundreds upon hundreds of people when we are a 2 person team.

    Not to mention the thing that really kills our customer service is that since we are doing toyota... people think we are doing EVERY toyota on the planet, but we aren't. And sometimes we don't respond to requests or we say "sorry we are not working on that platform" for some Toyotas....and then people turn around and use it against us like we screwed them over.

    I get 50+ messages a day from people asking the most RANDOM things about Toyota, as far as wanting us to tell them what header is best on their 2.4L Camry, and if we don't respond they say our customer service is shit.
    It is a losing battle because Toyota is so huge.



    People ask us for, and expect the most random and unique things we dont offer. Like someone asked for a free, trial version of our editor software. We said we would see what we could do... but nobody else has ever asked for this, and we never designed a trail version, so we ended up not having one to give... then it becomes our fault for not providing something we never designed to begin with.

    For anyone who thinks customer service in the automotive world is easy.... it isn't. I've been in this market for many years, and have done it all from ordering OEM parts, rebuilding engines, tuning cars and building race vehicles.
    There are limitations and holes in how far customer service can go.

    About 3 years ago I focused solely on customer service, answer everything, walk people through stuff, gave out my phone number, etc.
    Then I started getting calls at 2AM, with people asking me to walk them through the instructions. I literally sat on the phone with someone for 4 hours reading him the instructions......

    Honest to god I get emails like " HOW TO TUNE?"... and that's it. Or even better " TUNE?????"

    We don't respond to that because we haven't got a clue what car they have or anything.

    Then those people say we never respond to them.

    It's an unwinnable battle.

    Feedback is great, and I appreciate all the people willing to help us.

    Unfortunately there are people out there who want to destroy you instead. Someone not long ago threatened to file a complaint with the attorney general against us because we refused to delete codes on his ecu so he could pass emissions.
    I explained to him it's a felony and he went nuts.

    It's just life. People don't know what goes on behind the scenes of "customer service". Had a guy threaten to sue me because I refused to refund him on a toyota tool because he broke it and didn't have all the pieces. His post probably still on the mazda forums about it too.
    You wouldn't believe some of the shit people give us.

    In all fairness most customers are absolutely pleasant people and great to work with.
