Yes. The 1475 with slide out couch. Once I sell the Casita that is the one. There are very few with that layout and a couch or the swivel seats. We looked at both and it is a tough decision between the two. The slide out adds just a bit more room. Rather have either of them over a dinette.

I plasti dipped the tailgate and added the 3d chrome decals. The put the black vinyl decals on top of the chrome.

Not pull like a V8? No kidding.

Also 5th and 6th are OD so of course the truck isn't going to stay there pulling a load, or going up a hill unloaded typically. 5th is possible untill you ask for more power, then it downshifts.

The swivel chairs instead of a dinette and no slide is just what the Dr ordered for us. The Gen 2 ( current mdl ) features are great additions to what is already a great TT.

There is a Lance owners group https://community.lanceowners.org which is a great place for all things Lance and a few facebook groups out there if you have not already found them.

    Enjoy your journey!

I towed once. Was actually really surprised how well it did considering I was about a ton over the tow capacity. It was about a 20km round trip on level back roads, but it certainly didn't feel like I was murdering the truck.

Picked up our Casita 17’ Spirit Deluxe on Wednesday. Slowly making our way back to Tampa.

Tows nicely. In the hills, 12-13mpg. Last fill on relatively flat roads, 16mpg. S-mode, ECT, OVTune.

I think you need a bigger trailer for that side by side. Haha!! That trailer is massive!!

I purchased a 2018 KZ express travel trailer, 2900 lbs dry weight and up to 3700 lbs fully loaded. My truck is raised and I have The 275 17 inch Duratrac tires so I need a hitch that drops around 4-5 inches to make the trailer level. Would I need a Weigh distribution hitch with a 350 lb hitch weight and maybe 450lb with the propane tanks and batteries? I have a 2018 TRD pro sport upgrade 4X4. Rated for 640 lbs hitch weight. I am going to install a brake controller and I noticed the Tacoma comes with the sway towing control. Do I require a sway control bar as well?

I use a WDH when I pull my TT. 3500 lbs bry. I'm lifted on 285s. It helps with the weight and the sway. The truck handles so much better with it. I also have a Tekonsha P3 brake controller that helps a ton.

What kind of WDH do you own? I notice most of them have a max drop of about 1-2 inches. Did you purchase a separate shank?

I bought the one from Harbor Freight. It's worked great. No problems and for $150 you can't go wrong. The adjustability both up and down is tremendous. You can flip the hitch for more drop.. or more lift.
