For those who ordered the handheld trade in, will we be able to flash using the dongle until we actually recieve the unit and register it? @OVTune

 

I’m guessing the answer is yes. You can flash all you want with your current kit but would have to flash to stock to register and begin using your new handheld

 

Yes, seeing as it is still in your possession.

 

That being said, after that's done, both dongle and handheld methods could be used. For those of us who ordered the handheld and elected to keep our dongles anyway. Dongle becomes a redundancy in case the handheld fails, or vice versa.

Why wouldn't you just have a set of wheels with stock tires for this purpose? (assuming your R&D truck is still all stock except for the bigger tires in your photos)
