What are you guys doing in terms of front and rear bump stops? I think im going with wheelers superbumps for the front and rear. Wondering if I will need to order any spacers for them as well to prevent bottoming on the front or rear struts. I want to get everything ordered up in advance so I can just start bolting everything on once I get a free weekend. Thanks in advance.

Edit: Forgot to mention I have extended length remote resi with clickers going on the front and rear of a 3rd gen.

I'm here for you buddy, Tell the wife you want them for Christmas...

Lol, I love you guys that want to give your bump stops a try before making the conversion to DuroBumps... You always end up being a great review for me, LOL....

I'd let you suffer for at-least half the season anyways with your existing bumps, just so you can see what your money could have bought you once you try mine, There is no comparison Danny, No comparison...

Thanks, @0uTkAsT and @dtaco06! Have you guys compressed your shocks to make sure the @Plastics Guy bumps are the right height? I am hoping someone who has already crossed this bridge can chime in with some advice because I would really like to avoid compressing the shock myself if I can help it, especially the front.

Not sure if this is a question for me or a general question for the group. I admit I am pretty new to suspension upgrades but I always thought upgrading the bump stops was par for the course when upgrading your suspension. It seems like it would be cheap insurance for some very expensive parts. Please correct me if I am wrong.

My bump stop height is up to you and your specific lift! I make 3 different size Rear Tacoma Bump Stops 3.5, 4.25 & 5.25". We don't use spacers for any of our Durobumps. The competitors use Spacers to make a universal fit bump stops fit various applications. We are the only manufacturer to build dual-Durometer (Hardness) Bump stops and we only make them for Toyota Trucks. With Durobumps the taller your bump stop the more rubber you get. More Rubber = MyPillow.

You are correct replacing bump stops to match your lift does a couple of things for you and is a requirement no matter what you hear otherwise. I got pics for days to prove it! If your leaf pack is not properly setup with bump stops they end up taking more of a "S" bend shape and sag like a senior center.

    1. The bump stops should prevent the rear Leaf from De-Arching while flexing, which would ruin your leaf pack ( I got tons of pics of blown out leaf packs from guys not properly spacing the rear bump stops)
    2. Prevent your shock from bottoming out on itself. My 4.25" rear bump stop is the most common for guys with a 2" lift and stock shock length to +1". I have the larger size 5.25" version for 12-14" shocks and other custom applications.

Not only will by bump stops accomplish the task, they do it in a smooth progressive way that you simply cant get from the competitors...

What front bumps for this setup (if you can see it)
Sitting at 1.75” of lift with 14” extended travel.

For the rear running a 6-leaf dakar

Its the stroke of your upper and lower control arm that dictates what size the bump stop needs to be. For all stock width LCA's we make one size bump stop. They are also Dual-Durometer just like the rear. You can see videos of the front bump stops in action on my IG account and website.

    Love them ADS

I have never seen these bumps before. I was set on going with Wheelers but these are appealing and I like the varying lengths you offer. I did a 2" lift and need to determine what size bumps I need but I will be ordering these.

Yeah I'm that guy that just started popping up all over the place.

Most guys with a rear lift of 2" are using my 4.25" DuroBumps. Its the right size for trucks running a shock length that is up to +1" longer than stock. The 5.25" version is for guys running 12"-14" shock lengths and custom applications.

Awesome, thats about where I am at. Once I add weight to the rear I should be around 2-3" lift but shocks are the +1". Looks like I know what to order.

@Plastics Guy Order placed! I am in GA and have a ride this weekend so I know I probably wont receive them that quickly but if I do then I will report back on Sunday on how it goes and my 1st impressions. I have never been excited about bumpstops before.

Thanks for guinea piging these stops with our suspension setup. They seem very promising so far and I love the enthusiams that @Plastics Guy brings to the table. However, I will wait for the ride report before ordering my own set.

Its extended length shock. I got around 2.25"-2.5" inch lift in the back after the Dakar settled.
